Remanufacturing Aircraft Engine Components Parts Washer

This automated, multi-stage immersion ultrasonic cleaning system is designed to clean re-manufactured aircraft engine components to remove coolants, oil, grease and metal chips. Parts are loaded in baskets and are automatically transferred as per a programmed sequence through 3 immersion stages and 1 drying stage: ultrasonic heated wash, pre-rinse, final heated rinse and convection drying.
